▪️ DB Shoulder Press- 3x15
▪️Rear Delt Raises- 3x15
▪️ Side To Front Raises- 3x10
▪️ Tricep Kickbacks- 3x15
▪️Upright Row- 3x12 (using light weight)
▪️Tricep Extensions- 3x15 (using weighted jump rope, but you can use any type of weight)
