SWIPE ➡️➡️ for a do-it-anywhere lower body workout using sliders or a towel 🔥🔥! If you can’t get to a gym or you are traveling but still want to get in a booty burn and help tighten and tone those legs and glutes try this workout! Sliders are a great way to get in a workout wherever you are! I am using @taylormadebands sliders but you can even use a towel, paper plate etc, anything that will slide on a smooth surface!
Do this circuit three times and your legs will be on fire! Or each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between for three rounds to turn it into a HIIT.
