Why hasn’t my submitted coupon code been published?

There are a couple of reasons why your code might not be showing up on our site. Here are the most common ones:

• Sometimes, stores ask us to remove codes that weren't issued directly by them. This helps ensure shoppers are using authorized promotions.
• We process and review over 40,000 codes daily from different sources and our team works hard to review and publish the most valuable codes for shoppers (we only publish about 5%). This means some codes might not meet our quality guidelines, such as being for a specific product with limited coverage, or for a store we don't list on Wethrift.

How long does it typically take for a submitted code to be reviewed?

We publish most codes within 48 hours.

Will I be notified if my code is not published?

Due to a large number of submitted codes, we can’t notify you when your code has not been published.

Can I update a code I previously submitted?

If you are a store owner or employee and would like to discuss the codes listed on your stores page, please contact us from your work email address.

If you would like to remove a code that you have previously submitted, please contact us from the email address you used to submit the code. We cannot re-publish codes that have been previously removed.

Can I submit working votes on codes that I have submitted?

You may submit your own coupon codes. But to maintain the integrity of our website and provide the most accurate savings information to online shoppers, you cannot vote on your own submitted codes. We will remove codes that show signs of manipulation.
