I haven’t been SlackBow Balance Training for several months so I went in yesterday to test my skills.
Pretty pleased with where I am. Still room for improvement. More to come.
When you max out your balance. you don’t easily loose it.
I don’t lift, run and I train very little. I know, everyone thinks you have to train hard. I prefer train smart.
