Stretching is something that you should be spending time doing every single day. When you train your muscles hard and never stretch them, they can start to lose mobility and become overly tight. You see this when guys only train chest and it pulls their shoulders forward and causes them to hunch their back. It is unhealthy and can create major issues if left unchecked.
It only takes 10-15 minutes a day of stretching to prevent that scenario. When you've finished your workout for the day, take some time to really get a good stretch, targeting the muscle groups worked. Consistent stretching will actually help your muscles look bigger and have a more attractive shape.
