🔥 Mega Inspo Julia has some tips and advice for those wanting to transform their bodies and lives with Healthy Mummy!! She Says: “I'm 35 years old and mum of two little girls... I've been following the 28 day challenges for almost 3 years and have lost 12kg's. In March 2016, my husband and I seperated after 5 years of marriage. I still had lots of baby weight to loose from my last pregnancy but continued to gain more weight as the months went on. I suffered from depression and instead of putting my anger and disappointment into excersise I started comfort eating and had many lazy days on the couch. Starting out on your journey to becoming a healthier and happier version of yourself can be quite overwhelming. Things I've found to help me at the start are 1. Setting myself daily mini goals. That way I avoid getting overwhelmed. I take one day at a time. 2. Be nice to yourself. You will have many ups and downs on you journey. We all do but you just have to keep going. 3. Meal prep 👏🏻 Following the 28 day challenges will give you a great understanding of what exactly is in your food. AMAZING!!
