We have tons of easy, fun, healthy, low carb recipes on our website! 😁 (link in bio) Check out how we made it πŸ‘‡ πŸ‘‡ Serves 3 Ingredients: 1 tablespoon coconut oil 6 beef hot dogs, sliced in ½” bites 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups chopped cauliflower 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and sliced 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1 teaspoon of sea salt Β½ teaspoon black pepper Β½ teaspoon garlic powder Β½ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes Cilantro for garnishing Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with foil and parchment paper and layer with all ingredients except coconut oil and cilantro. Toss all ingredients in the pan with coconut oil (melt to make this easier) and bake until everything is soft and has browned, about 25 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve between 3 people and store any leftovers not eaten in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy! Add minced garlic and shrimp and allow shrimp to sear, about 2 minutes per side. Add sea salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and lime juice to a bowl and mix well.
