Good Morning! We aren’t afraid to put our hands up to say sorry! So, we just want to say SORRY that you may experience slightly longer delivery timeframes due to peak season that is January!
Like you, many other people are making healthier choices and as a small company we are doing our best to keep up with demand and get all orders out as soon as possible.
We have taken on extra staff and extended shifts to be able to pack hundreds more per day!
If you have had your ‘order is on it’s way’ email notification this means your order has officially left our building and has been handed over to Royal Mail. If your tracking number does not show any results yet please don’t be concerned as this can take a couple of days to update and Royal Mail are experiencing difficulties with order volume and tracking codes.
