This am I weighed 238 lbs. Over 50 lbs lost. I did not even know this was possible. I worked my ass off literally. No super crazy meal for this guy. Our good friend @drnadolsky sees this pretty often and especially for those starting at a higher bodyweight. Typically, 1-2 lbs/week is recommended for weight loss if performance is a main focus.
