Something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, So here’s a little post about the supplements I recommend and take myself!
I only take @xtend BCAAS (Amino Acids) & Recently started having @raiseys All natural pre-workout!
The BCAA’S I believe are a must have, for recovery, Strengthening, energy & protecting your muscles BCAA’s or Amino acids are literally the building compounds of protein therefore great for your body/muscles for the purpose of rebuilding & recovery! I have to add that the Scivation @xtend mango flavour is the pinnacle of flavours and I have been drinking it for the last 2-3 years!!
Now @raiseys Pre workout as stated above is a 100% natural Pre-workout that isn’t full of all the extra un-wanted fillers a lot of pre-workouts have! The reason I take pre-workout is solely because I need that kick of energy to give me that extra drive and push! Not only does the @raiseys pre workout achieve that but it also contains a blend of Amino Acids (BCAA’s). 300mg of caffeine, 2200mg of Beta Alanine and 1500mg of Taurine this pre workout can really give you the energy you need to smash your workout!
And before you ask no I do not take protein powder and I have not for a couple years once I realised it can be unnecessary! I don’t recommend protein powder to any of my clients unless you solely want it to make your oats or smoothie’s taste nicer or if you absolutely struggle to get protein in through out your diet so mainly vegetarians!
