You can't train too much for a job that can kill you💀. 3 principles I will always stick to when programming; - ⚜Aim for PERFORMANCE and AESTHETICS. Aesthetics will almost always come with increased performance but with slight tweaks in the programming we aim to increase this even more. People love to see results in performance but if they are not seeing the physical changes they're after they will likely stop the program so this approach works better in the long term. - ⚜Keep it SIMPLE. This is in regards to understanding and execution. If you need to be an exercise scientist to understand the programming, I have failed. Also if a program is perfect yet can not be executed due to facilities, it's also bad programming. I aim to keep things easy to UNDERSTAND and easy to PERFORM as long as you have the basic equipment. - ⚜Keep the training EXCITING. It might be effective to do the same exercise repeatedly during a workout but if it bores the hell out of you, again you aren't likely to stick with it for long.
