* HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! * What is the best gift you could give your Mum? 🌸 I remember this mother and daughter in the photo that came to see my talk on plant based eating at Biophilia in New Zealand. 😍 They both had ongoing health issues and were just in the process of taking the first step in getting to know about plant based eating and healing naturally this way. πŸ’ͺ It was so beautiful to witness them supporting each other on the journey. 🌸 Sharing tips, ideas, recipes, visiting festivals, attending workshops, and of course buying my book (shameless plug πŸ˜‚). 🌱πŸ₯¬ I could see that the love and support they had for one another gave them the strength and courage to go deeper into the healing journey.
