It’s all about perspective. So yesterday I went out with a friend we had an amazing time but what I ordered was higher in sugar and carbs than I expected so I knocked myself out of Ketosis. Now usually I’d be like well dang I’m out now might as well eat carbs for the whole week I feel like I’ve failed but NOW I’m like look good is energy might as well go heavy in the gym with this extra energy I have! You shouldn’t feel guilty about cheating because that makes you cheat even more. Acknowledge what’s happened, learn from it and move forward. It’s a marathon not a race!
