CHIA OATMEAL - INGREDIENTS  1 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 cups plant-based milk 2 tbsp cashew butter 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional color: 1/2 ts açaí powder METHOD  In a large jar or bowl, combine all the ingredients and let set in the fridge for 3+ hours. These APPLE BERRY CINNAMON MUFFINS 🍓🍏 will definitely be a lunch box pleaser.. You might even have to bake extra for the after school snack. INGREDIENTS 2 cups apple sauce 1/4 cup strawberry jam (ready made or home-made chia jam) 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups @lofopantry seedy bread mix 1/3 cup rolled oats 4 tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds white 2 tbsp @myhemple hemp seed protein powder (optional) 1 tbsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 4 tbsp cinnamon (use less if you prefer a less intense flavour) ⠀⠀ To top: 1/2 an apple in thin slices  an extra sprinkle of rolled oats ⠀⠀ METHOD Preheat oven to 180C Mix up wet ingredients in a bowl (apple sauce, jam and vanilla). In a different bowl mix up the rest of the dry ingredients. Whisk wet and dry ingredients together until well blended  Place in muffin liners in a muffin tray, and sprinkle with extra oats on top and thinly sliced apples Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden and enjoy 📸 : @adietitiansmission
🍫Happy World Chocolate Day🍫! If you have never tried a Chocolate Chia Pudding, today of days should be the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup cocoa powder 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup coconut milk 1/3 cup chia seeds INSTRUCTIONS 1. Sift cocoa powder into a medium deep mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Whisk to combine until smooth. Add the coconut milk on top and whisk to combine until smooth. 2. Pour the chia seeds on top of the mixture and either blend with a whisk or immersion blender. The immersion blender will create a smoother texture. 3. Cover and refrigerate until the mixture thickens, and becomes pudding like, at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. 4.
