DALÍ THEATRE-MUSEUM, FIGUERES, SPAIN The World's Largest Surrealistic Object ========================= The artist Salvador Dalí (1904-1989) designed the Dalí Theatre-Museum in his home town of Figueres, in Catalonia, Spain. It was inaugurated in 1974 to offer visitors a real experience and draw them into his unique and captivating world through a broad spectrum of his work. Traditionally, the egg symbolized the world and perfection. Salvador Dalí created a series of paintings in 1932 with the theme of soft fried eggs. The eggs that decorate the Torre Galatea at the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres represent the idea of Salvador Dalí’s rebirth. For more information visit: www.salvador-dali.org Happy Easter!
