I never thought I'd hear myself saying this but I think I'm starting to fall in love with exercise! I've never been to the gym and I hated sports at school. I ran a 10k race for charity before my boys were born and for some reason never put my trainers on again.
But recently I've discovered boogie bounce, clubbercise and the couch to 5k app! I love the escape that it gives me for a short while; where I don't think about work, the boys, and my worries step to the side for a short while. My mental health is thanking me for it too...my aim is to come off my meds sometime soon. And if I lose a pound or two along the way then that's great too! 💙💕💕💙
