I love these Revice Denim flare star jeans so much! They are perfect to make a statement but also match a lot of tops!
After Revice Denim sent me defective jeans and “customer service” completely ignored me I filed a claim with PayPal. Once a claim is filed, PayPal emails the seller to get their side of the story. Instead of responding to PayPal, Revice emailed me and offered to send replacement jeans as well as an additional pair.
Yeah right. There are numerous claims with the BBB where customers sent their jeans back only to never hear from Revice again or if they did receive a replacement it was just as defective as the first. So Revice never responded to PayPal and PayPal gave me my money back.
Revice Denim is a SCAM. Don’t do it you all.
Revice Denim is a scam. As you can see I placed an order with them Dec 27, 2018. A week or so later got an update that led me to believe my order would be sent out within 2 week. No big deal.
After waiting 4 weeks after they initially said I would receive my order I messaged them asking where my order was. Revice Denim replied that they would be shipping within the next two weeks. Bringing that to 8 weeks after I made the order and 5 weeks after they told me it would ship.
After waiting another two weeks I messaged them again saying I would like a refund, obviously and with that they have stopped responding. Also I’ve talked to people on Twitter that have been waiting longer than 2 months.
This is supposed to be the Blair Flare Luxury Blue wash jeans from LA company Revice Denim. What I received is not only defective but barely resembles what is pictured on their website.
I followed their directions to contact them and waited the suggested amount of time for a response. Nothing. I emailed and sent direct messages via Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. NOTHING.
