And the rest..well that’s the part we gotta work even harder on or we will be stuck dealing with “inside stuff” until the day we die. It doesn’t simply go away without work. ⠀⠀⠀ I overcame an eating disorder over 20 years ago. Not ever living a rigid lifestyle again. It’s hell. ⠀⠀⠀ A balanced lifestyle? That includes me grabbing wine if I feel like it, NOT working out for hours a day but using the time I do wisely, enjoying what some might call a “cheat meal” when I feel like it and not calling it a cheat meal...all those things keep me HAPPY, not obsessing....and healthier than ever past 40. ⠀⠀⠀ It’s possible.
