SHEIN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our experience of returning a broken item to SHEIN was overly complicated.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system also didn&#8217;t allow us to start a return because it said our order hadn&#8217;t arrived yet, so we had to use its unhelpful chatbot. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img customer service before it\u2019d grant a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The best part of our SHEIN returns experience was the fact we didn\u2019t need to print a return label.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, it automatically provided us with a photo of the label containing a QR code, which we could show at the post office for scanning and printing. <\/p>\n\n\n<div
