My wife and I were so excited about DoorDash coming to our area. Within 1 month I have ordered DoorDash 9 times at an average of 75.00 per order and always tip their delivery driver a nice 20% before they deliver it. Last two orders came wrong, one was missing a salad. They wanted to give me partial credit and after many emails, I was able to get the full credit.
Next time I ordered the crab salad sandwich and received a nasty crab cake sandwich, took one bite and threw it away. DoorDash has emailed me, stating they will use this experience to improve their customer service. No credit or anything, just a lame email. I finally got through to their customer service problems and they told me the same thing. No credit, just that they will use this experience to improve their customer service. Wow.
