Do Zappos have Afterpay, Zip, Affirm or Sezzle?

Zappos currently support paying in installments with Afterpay and Zip directly through the checkout. Buy now, pay later may be available through other services like Klarna, Affirm and PayPal by using virtual debit cards generated through the app for each service.

How do I use Afterpay at Zappos.com?

The Afterpay service is a convenient way to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal, interest-free payments spaced out every two weeks.

For example, a customer might purchase a product costing $500, but instead of paying the entire amount at once, they can opt to pay in 4 payments of $125 every 2 weeks.

What is the process for using Installments with Afterpay?

  1. Shop online by adding items to your cart. 

Make sure that all items in your cart are eligible for Installments with Afterpay.

  1. Checkout as usual
  2. Choose Installments with Afterpay as a payment method
  3. Complete the purchase

Login to Afterpay to complete the purchase if you are a returning customer. First-time customers will have to create an account with Afterpay and provide payment information prior to completing their order. 

At the time of purchase you will be required to make the first payment. The remaining three payments will be deducted from your payment method every two weeks. In case you want to make a payment before the due date, you can do so through your Afterpay account.

What are the limitations of Installments with Afterpay?

There are transaction value limits for purchases made on Zappos.com through the use of Afterpay’s Installments option.

Afterpay is only available to customers who have a US billing or shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. If you have international billing or shipping address, and/or international phone number, you won’t be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

What products can’t be purchased with Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay cannot be used for purchases of gift cards on Zappos.com. You will need to place a separate order if you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products.

Also, some items offered by third-party sellers may not be eligible for Installments with Afterpay, as well.

Can you use Zip at Zappos.com?

Besides Afterpay, Zappos also accepts Zip. In order to use a Buy Now Pay Later service with Zip, you will need to:

  1. Download the Zip app
  2. Search for Zappos
  3. Add your favorites to cart, then tap ‘Pay with Zip’ at checkout

After successfully completing the order, your purchase will be split into 4 installments over 6 weeks.

Can you use Klarna at Zappos.com?

Buy Now, Pay Later services can be delivered in the form of a virtual card instead of a physical card. With the virtual card, customers can make purchases using a unique virtual card number that is linked to their account. 

Virtual cards offer many of the same benefits as traditional Buy Now, Pay Later options, including the ability to purchase goods or services without having to pay the full price upfront and the ability to spread the cost over a specified period of time. They are usually managed and monitored through a mobile app or website.
