Nothing sorts me out like a good Alexia Clark's workout. I feel so much better now and totally reenergised! It’s the best thing to do when you feel out of sorts, just pick up those weights/bands and get a good sweat on!
I’m a huge fan of Alexia Clark‘s circuits. There is not one I haven’t seen that I don’t wanna try. And when the moves involve your core and she describes them as being “advanced or intermediate”, I’m all in!
Love that this circuit can be done easily from home and all you need is a step. If you’re a mommy to a young one, I know you’ve got at least 1 step stool.
First and last move was so challenging for me! Commandos have never been a favorite of mine but add a knee tuck with 1 foot elevated. Secretly hoping I wake up tomorrow not being able to cough or laugh.
